All contest winners will be announced on April 5, 2009 in the Travel section of The Sunday Plain Dealer and on cleveland.com/travel.     Here are the judges for The Plain Dealer's Travel Photo Contest: Daniel Levin, co-coordinator of the photography program at Cuyahoga Community College, is a fine-art photographer who works from his downtown Cleveland studio. Levin, who specializes in portrait photography, has taken the portraits of Margaret Thatcher, Barbara and President George H.W. Bush and Robert Redford.
