Students at Fuchs Mizrachi School in University Heights collecting six million pennies to honor Jews who died in Holocaust

The number "six million" is hard to comprehend even for many adults, but the Lower School students at Fuchs Mizrachi School in University Heights are starting to get a grasp of it. Since early January, students in grades 1-6 at the Orthodox Jewish day school have been collecting pennies with the goal of raising six million of them by Holocaust Remembrance Day April 11.
