How about a heads up, Olmsted Falls? The speed limit on Columbia Road (Ohio 252) heading southbound mysteriously drops from 35 mph to 25 mph after crossing a set of railroad tracks. The town's obviously pretty serious about this lower speed: A warning sign underneath the speed limit marker tells motorists they are entering a "target enforcement area."  Full story »
