    Cedar Road? It's more like Sybil Road in University Heights. The street presents a split personality to motorists along a 500-foot stretch near South Taylor Road at the city's western border.     Quick speed limit change is costing drivers in Olmsted Falls

    How about a heads up, Olmsted Falls? The speed limit on Columbia Road (Ohio 252) heading southbound mysteriously drops from 35 mph to 25 mph after crossing a set of railroad tracks.
