The Baldwin-Wallace College football team ended its 2009 season with a 48-38 loss at Ohio Athletic Conference rival Capital University at Bernlohr Stadium in Columbus. The assignment of Kopchak to duties that Elliott said were confined inside the station follows a grievance filed by Robert M. Phillips, attorney for Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 15.
