RUBBISH COLLECTION & RECYCLING:
The city's residential Solid Waste and Recycling collection program is currently contracted to J & J Refuse. The program is funded through the city's general fund. Solid Waste and Recycling are both picked up on the same day on each street. Collection days are Monday through Thursday. For information on particular collection routes or days please contact the service department at 440-461-2440. Residents with questions or concerns about the program may contact J & J Refuse directly at 800-201-0005.
Newspapers should be placed in Brown Kraft Bags (Grocery Store Paper Bags) and placed at the curbside next to the Blue Recycling Bag. Please do not put anything in the brown paper bags but newspapers.
