    Lacking health insurance, jobless find seeking work and staying well is a complex struggle

    In Ohio, 17 percent of adults between 18 and 64 don't have health insurance, according to the 2008 Ohio Family Health Survey. That's up from 15 percent the year before.     It wasn't until last fall that Theresa Ross started to get really worried about finding a job. Before that, the 24-year-old Solon native and 2007 OSU marketing grad was on what she hoped to be a fast track to success.
