    A preview of comfort food for cooler days ahead - Stretching Dollars
    It may not feel like it now, but the time for meat-and-potatoes comfort food is on its way. Skirt Steak With Crispy Garlic Potatoes is a perfect dinner for cooler days. Skirt steak is a long, flat piece of meat between the steer's abdomen and chest cavity. It's flavorful and affordable, but the cut can be tough.
