    June 16, 2009, 4:25PM

Updated: March 17, 2010, with February transfers

Click here to load this Caspio Bridge DataPage.

Signs show the way to available properties.
    Notes:

    • The database is updated at about the middle of each month to include transfers from the previous month.

    • For numbered streets, enter only the number (230 instead of East 230th).

    • In some cases when multiple parcels are involved, the total sales price is repeated on each parcel.

    • Purchases made by government bodies often show up as $0 sales in the auditor's records, even if an amount was paid for the property.

    • Find details on each property at the auditor's Web site.

    • Find other property sale data and analysis from The Plain Dealer at Data Central.

    Complete Data Central index.

Not user friendly. Would be more useful for general information if you could search by street instead of for a specific address

Re: Doc22's post. Do not enter a specific address. Just enter a street name and you'll get all transfers for that street. Also, do not include avenue, street, lane, circle... just the name of the street such as Superior, High or Main. For numbered streets, enter just the number: 145 instead of East 145th Street.

It would be convenient to have a link for each property to the auditor's website details for that property.

    edun,

Yes you could do it. As a matter of fact, alot of people use this to make mailing lists. I just bought a house and it is incredible the amount of mail I get now. But for me most of it goes in the shredder.

Mr. Exner ... Why haven't the Cuyahoga county property sales been updated since October 15th. It's now December 3rd.

Responding to Annette: Thanks for the note. The sales were, in fact, updated on Nov. 13, 2009, with the October transactions, but I forgot to add that note above (since done). November transactions will be uploaded by mid-December.

Thank you. I probably should have looked further but I'm one of those who always believe what I read in the newspapers! Looking forward to the December updates. Thanks again for your response.

Something's wrong. I know there were transactions done in 2009 on Chagrin in Beachwood but I get a message No Records Found.

If you search on the name Dimora, it shows a Michael Dimora and a Vanessa Sidoti purchased a house for over $200,000 in Broadview Hts. If these are the same people who are employed by the Auditor's Office and tied to Jimmy Dimora, I would love to know how they could afford this house based on the salaries that were reported in a previous Plain Dealer article.
